The mounting point stays in the swim platform when QuickRest is removed. It then protrudes 5 mm, with no sharp edges. The mounting point and the backing plate under the swim platform are made of marine-grade stainless steel. Bolts M8 × 80 mm, washers and lock nuts are included.
The mounting points stay with the boat if you sell it. If you change boats, you need new ones: two for QR 250 Standard and three for Special. Installation is described in the manual.
